Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for the JYSK branch alongside the Store Manager
• Support the Store Manager in the further development of the sales floor team
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results
• Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine tasks

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn (career changers welcome)
• Inspiring and communicative personality
• Ability to stay focused and motivate a team in stressful situations
• Availability to work on Saturdays with a compensatory day off during the week
• Passion for sales and competent customer advisory skills
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
