Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for the JYSK branch alongside the Store Manager
• Support the development of the sales floor team in accordance with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators and motivate the team
• Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine store tasks

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn (career changers welcome)
• Inspiring and communicative personality to create a positive work environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for best results
• Ability to stay focused and motivate the team in stressful situations
• Availability to work on Saturdays with a compensatory day off during the week
• Passion for sales and competence in customer advisory
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
