Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure the store is 100% ready for customers
• Drive sales results and maintain a positive, energetic environment
• Communicate, lead, and coach the store team
• Train colleagues in delivering excellent customer service
• Manage daily operations in a busy, physical retail environment

Requirements

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team
• Passion for sales and helping colleagues improve
• Ability to stay calm and lead effectively under pressure
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Availability to work every second weekend
