Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the Store Manager in daily operations
• Act as a brand ambassador for our premium lifestyle brand
• Motivate the team and support the development of new talent through onboarding
• Ensure all store operational tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage omni-channel systems and maintain effective stock management
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and regular customers
• Coordinate with departments such as Retail Operations, Buying, and Visual Merchandising

Requirements

• Proven experience in textile retail
• A motivating, confident, and proactive personality
• High level of social competence and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
• Analytical skills for evaluating KPIs
• Strong sales affinity and customer service focus
• Proficiency in English and standard PC applications
