Responsibilities

• Act as a co-leader for the store team, embodying Kiabi's values
• Ensure a positive social climate and maintain an agile, high-performing organization
• Manage and develop team talents through empowerment and autonomy
• Implement commercial strategies and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers
• Monitor commercial indicators to drive performance and economic culture
• Learn to manage the profit center and control various cost lines to ensure profitability

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 (Master 1) degree
• Strong leadership potential and desire to develop managerial skills
• Passion for fashion and customer relations
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in digital and IT tools
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, autonomous environment
