About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and maximize sales
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by all staff members
- Provide staff with the necessary skills, training, and support to perform effectively
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth and effective store operations
- Provide regular feedback to store, brand, and area managers regarding staff performance and product trends
- Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave or absence
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally at a supervisory level
- Secondary or high school education
- Strong understanding of fashion retail, including accessories and footwear
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); Arabic language skills are a plus
- Proficient in PC usage and digital literacy
