Deputy Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing site personnel at the Gwynt y Mor offshore base.
• Coordinate site personnel and manage the distribution of tasks within the team.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and promote Zero Harm principles and safety leadership.
• Manage resources, training, and upskilling to achieve site performance targets within budget.
• Maintain service and retrofit KPIs, ensuring all tasks are completed within relevant timescales.
• Perform line management duties, including performance management and sickness reporting for shift staff.
• Assist in the production of accurate site reports and the creation of site delivery plans.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer organizations and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven operational experience, ideally within a large and complex environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for building and maintaining motivated teams.
• Experience working in a safety-critical environment.
• Ability to commute to Mostyn on a daily basis and flexibility with working hours as required by the operational role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in either a mechanical or electrical discipline.
