Deputy Security Manager (FSO) Security Captain

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical security operations for West Palm Beach and AUTEC, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy regulations
• Direct, mentor, and manage a supervisory team of security personnel to exceed contractual standards
• Oversee access control, asset protection, safety protocols, and the maintenance of security equipment
• Develop and revise essential security documentation, including Standard Procedures, Operating Instructions, and Emergency Action Plans
• Manage incident response to safeguard personnel, property, and assets, providing timely reporting to senior leadership
• Act as the FSO / Security Manager when directed by the Project Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in a security leadership role (Law Enforcement, Military E-6+, or Private Security)
• U.S. Citizenship (required for Secret Clearance eligibility)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and passport
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to pass a comprehensive medical evaluation and meet physical requirements
