About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the department functions according to company standards
- Manage the sales process, including product display, quality, and availability
- Provide professional customer service and build client relationships
- Achieve defined business goals
- Manage the ordering system and supervise timely delivery unloading
- Ensure the correctness of the pre-picking and Click&Collect processes
- Organize and supervise team work
- Cooperate in building the MAKRO brand image
- Comply with health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in customer service
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in customer service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and team organization
- Reliability, honesty, and openness to change
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Readiness for physical work
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
