Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's global policy within the assigned perimeter
• Manage operational and financial performance to drive economic and commercial growth
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across all residences
• Organize sites and teams, including recruitment and training support
• Coach and develop the skills of residence managers
• Monitor business plans, budgets, and economic performance
• Manage commercial animation, partnerships, and market analysis
• Oversee property maintenance, renovation plans, and synergy with syndics
• Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and ensure high service quality

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac + 4/5) from a specialized school (ICH, ESPI), Business School, or University with a focus on commerce, economics, or finance
• At least 5-6 years of experience in management and performance piloting
• Experience working within an organized network company
• Proficiency in accounting and financial management for profit centers
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coach teams and drive customer loyalty
