About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the Pub Manager's right hand and a key pillar of the pub
- Create atmosphere and leave your mark on the team and the pub
- Serve as shift leader and problem solver for various tasks
- Engage staff to develop the concept and strengthen the brand
- Ensure product quality and maintain high service standards
- Handle certain administrative tasks
Requirements
- Several years of experience in pub and restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of beer, food, and beverages in general
- A great passion for service
- Outgoing personality and leadership abilities
