Deputy Project Director

Responsibilities

• Implement total quality management procedures within case management, enrollment, and customer services units
• Manage communication and coordination across service units
• Provide leadership to staff and collaborate with Department Heads to enhance performance
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting of operations metrics
• Act as primary point of contact for Income Maintenance (IM) to resolve case issues
• Build business process expertise and develop best practices
• Compile information and data for quarterly reports
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, partners, and operations across regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five years of management experience with proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• Or an Associate's degree with 6 years of supervisory/management experience
• Knowledge of community resources, vocational rehabilitation, and disability issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Valid NYS driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
