About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement total quality management procedures within case management, enrollment, and customer services units

  • Provide leadership to staff and collaborate with Department Heads to enhance performance
  • Oversee timely and accurate reporting of operations metrics
  • Act as primary point of contact for Income Maintenance to resolve case issues
  • Build business process expertise and develop best practices
  • Coordinate service delivery for Refuge Cash Assistance programs
  • Compile data for quarterly reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Human Services, Business, or related field
  • Five years of management experience with proven coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Process-driven, analytical, and solution-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of community resources, vocational rehabilitation, and disability issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driving record meeting company requirements
