Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform overall management of the Muscatatuck Training Center, including directing all contractor and subcontractor personnel
• Conduct high-level engagements and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders, including the Joint Staff, Department of the Army, and OSD
• Represent the program at various national-level working groups and planning conferences
• Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans
• Establish program requirements for all project areas and monitor deliverables for adherence to criteria
• Assign project execution responsibilities to subordinates based on their qualifications and strengths

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or senior-level DoD/Defense Industry experience
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• PMP, PgMP, or DAU Level III Program Management certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs
• Documented record of increasing management responsibility and technical foundation in enterprise-level technology management
• Knowledge of MuTC Cyber Program platform support and associated hardware
