About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership for all Technical Services and Program Controls activities in support of the Program Director.
- Lead requirements management, technical integration, and specialty mission systems support across all project phases.
- Oversee technical reviews of design submittals to ensure alignment with client mission needs, UFC/DoD criteria, and applicable codes.
- Direct the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and oversee cost estimate validation and budget forecasting.
- Manage comprehensive risk management strategies across technical, cost, schedule, and contract execution domains.
- Lead specialty technical support for secure facility planning, including ICD 705, HEMP, RF shielding, and C4IT integration.
- Oversee technical inspection efforts and commissioning services to verify construction quality and mission readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) registration.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 15+ years of experience in large, complex capital projects or programs, preferably involving secure or mission-critical facilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction management, design oversight, and technical reviews.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical and controls teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI security clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification.
- Prior Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal experience on secure, intelligence-related facilities.
- Experience with Progressive Design Build or CM at Risk delivery methods.
