Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct ground-to-space EW sustainment projects within the Combat Mission Systems Support portfolio
• Define and control program scope, overall schedules, and budgets in accordance with contractual and company policies
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, government agencies, and stakeholders
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project performance
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve mission success

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of project management experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience
• 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Active US TS/SCI security clearance
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD customers and various contract types
• Strong executive briefing and presentation skills
• Excellent planning and time management skills for complex, long-term initiatives
• Proficiency with project management tools
• PMP Certification
