Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using formal PMO processes.
• Facilitate the development of project charters and integrated timelines.
• Ensure all functions remain on schedule and manage the resolution or escalation of issues.
• Facilitate regular status meetings for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate with core teams to develop solutions and lead implementation through completion.
• Create, maintain, and distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and Gantt charts.
• Manage internal and external relationships and serve as a point of contact for clients.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to project teams and lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret security clearance (must be able to obtain TS/SCI).
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects valued at over $500M.
• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• 1+ year of experience with budget execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, principles, and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
