Deputy Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the plant management in operational, organizational, and strategic matters
• Lead and further develop a team and manage site-related topics in Supply Chain, Customer Service, and production coordination
• Ensure demand-oriented ordering and delivery of raw materials and timely delivery of finished products
• Support efficient production planning and control
• Drive the development of quality, environmental, and energy management systems and support certifications and audits
• Maintain exchange with existing suppliers, carriers, and customers

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Production, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company
• Leadership experience in a comparable environment
• Profound knowledge in Quality Management, ISO certification, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Business fluent German and English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
