Deputy Nursing Management

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel planning, leadership, and development
• Act as a competent contact person for residents and their relatives to ensure optimal care and satisfaction
• Monitor and ensure quality management with a keen eye for detail
• Coordinate collaboration within the interdisciplinary network

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist
• Experience in ventilation care is preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with CIS, action plans, or Medifox is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a professional, independent way of working
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, reliable demeanor
