Deputy Manager Technical Services

Responsibilities

• Get Sika admixtures approved by customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers.
• Utilize concrete mix design expertise to suggest modifications when standard admixtures do not meet specific customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and market penetration through qualitative and quantitative action plans.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure retention.
• Manage sales, collections, and payment processes to drive market growth and profitability.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager to handle the sales and marketing of Sika products.
• Provide technical concrete know-how to the company and relevant sales and service organizations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports and relevant data for management.

Requirements

• BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of concrete mix design.
