Deputy Manager - Technical Services

Responsibilities

• Perform product demonstrations for new and existing customers to drive sales growth
• Conduct laboratory testing relevant to specific customer requirements
• Record, analyze, and certify laboratory findings and maintain detailed result records
• Troubleshoot and determine root causes for customer complaints
• Provide technical on-site support to customers and contractors
• Support the sales team with product sampling and site demonstrations
• Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape
• Capture and share periodic customer feedback regarding product performance
• Engage regularly with Sika's authorized applicator base
• Deliver technical product presentations at customer offices and sites

Requirements

• BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Systems
• Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures
• Strong technical product presentation and communication skills
