Deputy Manager - Supply Chain and Distribution

Responsibilities

• Manage local OEM supply planning and ensure optimal inventory health within the country DC
• Handle inter-DC stock distribution and inbound/customer prioritization to minimize backorders
• Execute in-country manual allocation processes and manage stock build requirements
• Participate in Country S&OE and communicate risks and backorders to leadership
• Manage country DC inventory, including E&O provisions and expiry/blocked stock disposition
• Oversee OEM and Intra-DC Master Data transactions and SKU setups
• Coordinate country-level exceptions such as relabeling, quality, and logistics issues
• Monitor key supply chain metrics including Backorder (BO) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply planning, S&OP, and S&OE processes
• Proficiency in SAP, JDE, or PowerBI
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working across multiple business units or differentiated supply chains
