Deputy Manager Senior Sales & Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead account acquisitions from qualification to contract finalization ensuring profitability
• Negotiate special revenue agreements aligned with EBIT targets
• Align Bosch’s technology roadmap with customer vehicle roadmaps for innovation and new product development
• Execute price management, Forex, and RMI reconciliations
• Perform market prognosis for short, mid, and long-term business planning
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Train and guide sales and acquisition managers and functional support associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent)
• 4-8 years of experience in automotive industry and sales or controlling functions
• 2-4 years of experience in technical pre-selling, innovation, commercial, or customer strategy management
• Advanced knowledge of Powertrain, Assistance, Electrification, and Connectivity domains
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and understanding of ERP systems
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Operations
• 2-4 years of experience working specifically on automotive projects
• Knowledge of sales processes, product development, and supply chain management
