About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify sales performance gaps at the outlet level and implement corrective actions based on KPI benchmarking and segment mix.
- Review sales funnel data, including enquiries, test drive ratios, and closing ratios, to develop effective countermeasures.
- Forecast monthly wholesale and retail landing to improve forecast accuracy.
- Deploy monthly marketing strategies, including tactical campaigns, media plans, and new product launches.
- Manage carflow and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for retail targets while addressing aged inventory concerns.
- Monitor dealership financial statements to improve operating efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through tools such as SSI surveys, audits, and mystery shopping.
- Oversee dealership staff training, recruitment levels, and compliance with global brand standards.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 6-12 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
- Proven expertise in sales forecasting and dealer management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM management and inventory control.
- Experience in managing working capital and dealership marketing budgets.
