Deputy Manager Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business compliance, including transparency reporting and audits, to ensure adherence to government laws and regulations
• Develop processes related to regulatory transparency reporting
• Ensure business staff are trained on regulatory transparency reporting requirements
• Engage with Operations Managers and Regional Contract Leads to obtain compliance forecasting
• Report regional business activities to global and local policy requirements and corporate integrity agreements
• Participate in self-inspections, internal, and external audits to drive corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with industry reporting tools
• Experience coordinating regulatory compliance efforts within a pharmaceutical or biotech organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Science
• Ability to lead by example and encourage a culture of compliance
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
