Deputy Manager- Quality Management System

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Management and Audit team to foster a strong quality culture within the plant.
• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, CSR, and other automotive standards (VDA, AIAG).
• Administer Group and Division directives and develop plant-specific guidelines to ensure documentation is followed.
• Organize and support the planning of internal and external system audits, cooperating with certification bodies for annual audits.
• Manage the Plant Audit Pool for process audits, including auditor qualification, planning, execution, and tracking of findings.
• Organize and execute training sessions related to the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as VDA volumes.
• Strong competency in process modeling and a process-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with automotive quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
• Solid understanding of Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and document control.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a strong automotive industry background.
• Excellent communication skills and a cross-functional collaboration mindset.
