Deputy Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the care team at Benjamin Court
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the care facility
• Ensure high standards of care and safety are maintained for all residents
• Support the Manager in overseeing operational requirements and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a care professional
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a care setting is preferred
• Ability to work 37 hours per week on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave
