Deputy Manager Medical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement clinical strategies for MDS in assigned regions to create a clinically differentiated market position.
• Conduct clinical marketing education programs, seminars, and promotional events to improve value proposition among clinical and economic buyers.
• Build clinical capability within the regional MDS direct selling organization and channel partners through training and continuous evaluation.
• Create and implement a regional engagement calendar to build brand awareness and establish relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Support the sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits in hospitals, and resolving technical challenges or product applications.
• Manage key customer relationships and develop a regional KOL network to drive product conversion and usage.
• Coordinate the timely completion of regional clinical and economic studies.
• Lead induction training, clinical updates, and product refresher programs for the sales organization.

Requirements

• MBBS degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in clinical marketing education and KOL engagement.
• Strong clinical capability building and training skills.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
