Deputy Manager - Marketing AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of AI enablement materials, including FAQs, how-to guides, and workflow documentation
• Support onboarding and training activities related to new AI tools and updates
• Gather user feedback and insights to share with the broader team
• Support marketing AI community spaces in SharePoint or Teams by keeping content organized and up to date
• Coordinate learning sessions, office hours, and community communications
• Assist with tracking task lists, timelines, and status updates for AI enablement initiatives
• Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups across Marketing, AI, and Technology teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Interest in AI, digital tools, and marketing technology
