About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Engineering for Avionics Operations- Electronics
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of engineers while overseeing daily troubleshooting and performance management
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows to increase productivity
- Oversee the installation of new equipment, production line expansions, and New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and ensure compliance with Safety (EHS) and Quality standards
- Manage capital projects and new product development (NPD) from concept through to production
Requirements
- BE in Electronics with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in the Aerospace industry and adherence to industry standards
- Expertise in Electronics Manufacturing and Testing
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC
- Experience with Tool and Jigs design and implementation
