Deputy Manager/Manager Site - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Perform field quality inspections, material inspections, and manage Requests for Inspection (RFI)
• Supervise the installation of electrical equipment including HT panels, inverters, transformers, and SCADA systems
• Oversee the installation of streetlights, CCTV, lightning arresters, and weather monitoring systems
• Manage HT/LT/DC cable lying, glanding, lugging, and termination
• Ensure all on-site activities meet quality, safety, and technical excellence standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports and quality assurance documentation
• Manage vendors, contractors, and obtain necessary project permits
• Coordinate with clients and higher authorities regarding project progress and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 12-14 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations and supervision
• Proven expertise in solar power project environments
• Strong technical knowledge of HT panels, inverters, transformers, and SCADA systems
• Proficiency with electrical instruments, design software, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Familiarity with international solar project standards and electrical codes
