Deputy Manager - Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of Maintenance Supervisors within the instrumentation department across multiple shifts.
• Ensure the effective, timely, and high-quality provision of maintenance services.
• Manage and lead a mid-to-large sized team of technicians.
• Oversee maintenance and repair operations involving mid-level complexity and higher technology.
• Coordinate departmental resources to meet operational requirements and service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising maintenance supervisors and managing technician teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle mid-level complexity operations and technical repairs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple shifts and personnel.
• Technical expertise in instrumentation and maintenance within an industrial environment.
