About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client operations for the Medway and Sittingbourne areas
- Convert new client enquiries and support business growth targets
- Conduct care assessments and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage and support a team of care staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Participate in an on-call rota and cover client visits as required
- Ensure all services comply with Care Standards regulations and legal requirements
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ qualification (willingness to work towards Level 5 is preferred)
- Extensive experience in a care setting
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Care Standards regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in conducting care assessments and planning
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for community travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar IT systems
- Ability to remain calm and agile while managing multiple priorities
