About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client operations for the Medway and Sittingbourne areas
- Convert new client enquiries and conduct care assessments and risk assessments
- Ensure full compliance with Care Standards regulations and relevant legislation
- Manage and support the care team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Support business growth and achieve development targets
- Participate in an on-call rota and conduct client visits as required
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ (willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma is preferred)
- Extensive experience in a care setting
- Strong knowledge of Care Standards regulations and compliance
- Proven skills in care assessment and care planning
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for community travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar IT systems
- Ability to remain calm and agile while managing multiple priorities
