Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive selling environment and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Set daily customer service goals to enhance responsiveness and satisfaction
• Train and coach the team on service standards, product placement, and time management
• Assist in goal setting and verification to align team with objectives
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Provide continuous feedback and professional development support to the team
• Conduct regular briefings on products, CRM, and company updates
• Oversee CRM activities to achieve retention and conversion targets
• Monitor KPIs and analyze sales performance trends to provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Sales Associate
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
• Highly developed business acumen
• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Fluency in Italian and basic English
