Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-time delivery of placed orders and ensure monthly and weekly sales plans are achieved
• Manage Z9 orders and advance pending orders for timely clearance and collection
• Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders for new and large-scale orders
• Perform periodical reviews of orders for document and amendment approvals
• Provide regular order status updates to major customers
• Ensure timely dispatch of IBR TCs to clients and dealers
• Manage non-moving stock by diverting it to potential customers
• Coordinate third-party inspections and obtain necessary inspection release notes
• Monitor the submission of final technical documents
• Visit major customers periodically to ensure seamless execution of orders
• Prepare necessary MIS reports

Requirements

• Formal education: DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering
• 8 to 14 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Strong product knowledge regarding pumps and valves
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management capabilities
