About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical training strategies and manpower development for dealership service and body repair streams at the Nissan Academy
- Manage the Nissan Academy/RTC facility, including asset management and contract renewals
- Develop and roll out monthly training calendars and new curricula for After Sales dealer staff
- Oversee new model training preparation, including content development and vehicle procurement
- Monitor training budgets, including Capex and Opex, and manage training cost recovery activities
- Coordinate with external regional trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness
- Conduct dealership visits to identify training needs and monitor business process execution
- Manage the GLMS portal, including uploading content and assigning courses to learner groups
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical training execution and manpower development
- Expertise in curriculum development for automotive service or body repair
- Strong skills in budget monitoring and vendor management
- Experience in facility management and overseeing training centers
- Ability to coordinate complex training schedules and stakeholder requirements
