About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage technical training programs to enhance service quality and technician skill sets across the dealer network
- Conduct high-impact training sessions for dealer technical staff regarding NSTEP curriculum, new models, and diagnostic procedures
- Develop, review, and refine technical training curriculum and content to bridge skill gaps identified through field performance data
- Manage outsourced regional trainers and oversee the deployment of skill-up programs
- Prepare monthly training calendars and monitor trainer utilization against organizational KPIs
- Oversee the upkeep, calibration, and inventory management of training tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicle mock-ups
- Support the enhancement of the GLMS technical registry and manage the training curriculum repository
- Represent technical reporting at local and global forums
Requirements
- BE/Be Tech degree
- 8-10 years of Automotive OEM experience in technical training or training management
- Proven experience in curriculum development and technical training delivery
- Strong skills in managing training facilities and outsourced agency performance
