Deputy Manager Administration & Facilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility management functions at the Pune GCC site, including housekeeping, transportation, front office, and telecommunications.
• Supervise and coordinate facility management operations across multiple other sites through respective site administrators.
• Ensure robust security arrangements at all sites to safeguard employees, visitors, and company assets.
• Manage service contracts, including negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets for all sites, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Lead facility-related projects such as site expansions, renovations, and the implementation of new services.
• Manage and face various ISO, site, and internal audits for all related functions and sites.
• Allocate and manage office space to ensure efficient use of resources across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in any stream.
• 12-15 years of experience in facility management, administration, and security within mid-size organizations.
• Mandatory experience managing multi-location operations (at least 3-4 sites).
• Proven experience working within the IT, ITES, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Deep knowledge of facility management best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
