About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze workstations and field risks to support workplace safety
- Participate in the update of the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER)
- Work on machine safety protocols and lockout/tagout (consignation) procedures
- Propose and implement ergonomic improvement actions
- Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses
- Raise awareness among teams regarding safety best practices
- Monitor HSE action plans and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site's safety culture
Requirements
- Training in HSE, industrial risk, occupational safety, or ergonomics
- Approximately 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong field presence with a desire to work closely with operational teams
- Ability to explain, convince, and engage employees in safety protocols
- Structured approach to monitoring and following up on actions
- Experience with Seveso sites, machine safety, or complex industrial environments is a plus
