Deputy HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze workstations and field risks to support workplace safety
• Participate in the update of the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER)
• Work on machine safety protocols and lockout/tagout (consignation) procedures
• Propose and implement ergonomic improvement actions
• Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses
• Raise awareness among teams regarding safety best practices
• Monitor HSE action plans and key performance indicators
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site's safety culture

Requirements

• Training in HSE, industrial risk, occupational safety, or ergonomics
• Approximately 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Strong field presence with a desire to work closely with operational teams
• Ability to explain, convince, and engage employees in safety protocols
• Structured approach to monitoring and following up on actions
• Experience with Seveso sites, machine safety, or complex industrial environments is a plus
