Deputy Head of Influencer Management

Responsibilities

• Co-define and drive the national strategy for Influencer Management in line with long-term business goals
• Build strategic alliances across departments including Business Development, Creative Planning, D2C, and Influencer Platform
• Coach and develop Managers and Senior Managers to build leadership skills
• Make critical business decisions using data-driven insights
• Establish scalable operation systems, quality control, and risk management standards
• Lead the strategic implementation of AI solutions such as Generative AI and AI Data Analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Media
• At least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of applying AI tools to increase ROI or optimize workflows
• Experience building and driving Creator/Influencer networks
• Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with daily operational control
• Business-level English proficiency
