Deputy Head of Anesthesia Functional Service

Responsibilities

• Support the management in personnel and shift planning
• Ensure smooth daily operations in close cooperation with the team
• Independently handle administrative tasks and careful documentation
• Organize and coordinate workflows, orders, and inventory management
• Provide perioperative patient care
• Assist in the induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
• Monitor and care for patients in the recovery room
• Prepare, check, and follow up on anesthesia materials and equipment
• Train and provide technical guidance to new colleagues

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or Anesthesia Technical Assistant (ATA)
• Experience in anesthesia, intensive care, or IMC
• Ideally experience in a leadership position
• Good IT skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, motivation, and commitment
