Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, Worley policies, and approved delivery systems
• Plan, organize, and control projects using approved systems, procedures, and standards to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Implement project governance, controls, and performance reporting while managing scope, change, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor and control project costs, forecasts, cash flow, and margins, ensuring timely client invoicing and financial reporting
• Act as the primary project-level interface with clients and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, allocating work and supporting the development of team members
• Identify and manage project risks and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of relevant project delivery experience
• Proven experience working in EPC/EPCM project environments
• Experience managing moderate-risk projects
