Deputy General Director – Security

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the company’s physical and corporate security systems to protect assets, facilities, personnel, and confidential information.
• Establish and control access, internal security, and protection regimes across multiple locations.
• Prevent, detect, and investigate security breaches and information leaks.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external security organizations.
• Ensure compliance with security, labor, health & safety, and fire regulations.
• Train and manage security personnel while promoting a strong corporate security culture.
• Provide regular security reporting and strategic recommendations to top management.

Requirements

• Higher professional education in security, safety, law enforcement, engineering, or management.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial or senior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate security, physical protection, and information security systems.
• Deep understanding of legal, labor, health & safety, fire safety, and emergency regulations.
• Proven experience working with confidential information and law enforcement authorities.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including walking, climbing, and maneuvering within refinery or plant environments.
