Deputy Fleet Chief

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned airline customers, acting as the "voice of the customer."
• Advocate for and develop innovative solutions for complex customer issues and requirements.
• Provide senior technical oversight to the 777 Fleet Team and lead technical meeting preparations and follow-ups.
• Chair various technical boards and meetings, including Design Office Reviews, Change Boards, and Safety Review Boards.
• Serve as a senior technical consultant and advisor to leadership regarding fleet and industry issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, engineering, and material management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management and integration experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
