Deputy Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities within the Finance Department
• Streamline accounting and reporting methodologies
• Enhance business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments
• Draft regulatory frameworks for crucial processes and ensure seamless control mechanisms
• Compile consolidated financial statements (PL, CF, BS)
• Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets (PL, CF, BS)
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of ROI, ROE, and EVA
• Contribute to automation initiatives and projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting
• Craft presentation materials for leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in project management skills
• Previous experience working with international companies and managing banking accounts
• Full proficiency in both English and Russian languages
