Responsibilities

  • Support strategy and implementation for diversion and transition initiatives
  • Coordinate partnerships with city and state agencies, nonprofits, vendors, and justice-system stakeholders
  • Organize convenings, trainings, meetings, and learning sessions
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and operational needs across program portfolios
  • Support contract, budget, invoicing, reporting, and procurement activities
  • Help identify funding opportunities and process improvements

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory, or liaison work
  • Background in criminal justice, social services, or community engagement
  • Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder collaboration skills
