About the role
Responsibilities
- Support strategy and implementation for diversion and transition initiatives
- Coordinate partnerships with city and state agencies, nonprofits, vendors, and justice-system stakeholders
- Organize convenings, trainings, meetings, and learning sessions
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and operational needs across program portfolios
- Support contract, budget, invoicing, reporting, and procurement activities
- Help identify funding opportunities and process improvements
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory, or liaison work
- Background in criminal justice, social services, or community engagement
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder collaboration skills
