Deputy Director, Single Issue Review

Responsibilities

• Supervise analytical staff responsible for submitting over $50 million in claims for federal and state reimbursement
• Ensure all participant and invoice data for claims are analyzed, reviewed, and compiled accurately
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions of Homebase, Anti-Eviction, and Medicaid claims
• Supervise data and correction reports within a proprietary database of rental issuances for landlord 1099 generation
• Oversee the landlord inquiry process regarding 1099 issuances
• Develop, write, and run SQL for new projects and modify existing queries
• Assist with special projects for the Assistant Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner

Requirements

• Must be permanent in the Administrative Staff Analyst civil service title or eligible for 6.1.9 title change
• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or a related field plus two years of professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory capacity
• OR a Baccalaureate degree plus four years of professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in SQL and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
