Deputy Director, Project Management Organization

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution from initiation through commissioning and turnover
• Establish Project Execution Plans, work breakdown structures, and governance cadence
• Develop and monitor integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
• Manage engineering, construction, and testing work packages
• Own cost forecasting, earned value management, and contingency management
• Partner with Supply Chain on sourcing strategies and develop scopes of work
• Coordinate multi-discipline design with EPC/AE partners
• Maintain risk registers and manage quality and inspection plans
• Build executive-facing progress reporting and manage stakeholder relationships
• Develop repeatable playbooks and processes for new project types

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, nuclear, or related)
• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience
• Proven delivery on major capital projects exceeding $200M
• Experience with project controls and Primavera P6
• Experience coordinating with civil/structural engineering teams
• Exposure to contracts and procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
