About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution from initiation through commissioning and turnover
- Establish Project Execution Plans, work breakdown structures, and governance cadence
- Develop and monitor integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
- Manage engineering, construction, and testing work packages
- Own cost forecasting, earned value management, and contingency management
- Partner with Supply Chain on sourcing strategies and develop scopes of work
- Coordinate multi-discipline design with EPC/AE partners
- Maintain risk registers and manage quality and inspection plans
- Build executive-facing progress reporting and manage stakeholder relationships
- Develop repeatable playbooks and processes for new project types
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, nuclear, or related)
- 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience
- Proven delivery on major capital projects exceeding $200M
- Experience with project controls and Primavera P6
- Experience coordinating with civil/structural engineering teams
- Exposure to contracts and procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
