Deputy Director, Outreach & Services

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated outreach strategies targeting under-served, isolated, and hard-to-reach older adults
• Strengthen and promote best practices across home-based service providers to ensure high-quality care
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals, clinics, faith-based groups, and community organizations
• Represent NYC Aging at community events and support volunteer recruitment for friendly visiting programs
• Guide providers in optimizing operations and workflows through technical assistance and coaching
• Develop and maintain a centralized database of best practices for provider networks
• Coordinate with Program Officers to ensure consistent guidance is delivered to all providers
• Manage and track incoming requests for case management and friendly visiting program referrals
• Participate in RFP reviews and agency-wide initiatives

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
• Four years of progressively responsible experience
• One year of experience at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, or civic organization in the social services sector
